    2024.15.15 with 12.4.3

Well, Once again I'm not impressed. I set my profile to 'average' from assertive, it NEVER starts FSDs in Average. Still wants to be in a left lane for no reason on one of our 4 lane roads. Still doesn't understand the Gurley St / Sheldon St / Hwy 69 / Hwy 89 transition coming into town. That...

Discuss: FSD v12.5 (Update 2024.20.10) Release Notes

Drove it to Fry’s and back, which is only 5 miles round trip. I hadn’t driven in the dark around town much with 12.4, 12.5 might be a little better on my neighborhood streets in that it goes a little faster. Very natural right turn at a spot where it took a little long to turn IMO (twisty...

Huh, I'm getting this update right now on my '24 Y LR.

Discuss: Tesla FSD V12.5 Rolls to Employees; Tesla is Now Updating FSD Vehicles on Update 2024.14.9

Teslarati is reporting this 12.5 update is concentrating on Y's with HW 4. That's me! But I don't have it yet of course.

Discuss: FSD v12.5 (Update 2024.20.10) Release Notes

Huh, so no sunglasses support or merged stack but still calling it 12.5? I wonder what that means? Maybe just catching all those versions up to the latest build?

    2024.15.15 with 12.4.3

Forgot to mention- it does amazingly well in our monsoon rains. I was surprised and impressed. My gripes now are getting pretty nit-picky vs the tremendous advancements made in just the last year. We'll know it's made another leap forward when the price goes up.

Huh, well what do you know? Maybe I should complain more often :) .

You reminded me- the driving profile is always aggressive in spite of me setting it to anything else. Once I turn on FSD it is aggressive. That's strange.

Discuss: Tesla FSD V12.5 to Enable Sunglasses-Friendly, Nag-Free FSD

Good! This and the single stack are probably good news. 12.4 has NOT (IMO) lived up to the hype. Actually, has any version ever lived up to the hype? They do get better each time but it seems like there’s always a step back or something new that’s annoying. For me 12.4 - Auto Wipers are much...

    2024.15.15 with 12.4.3

Chuck has a short video up of other Tesla cars doing left and right turns at a similar intersection. The vid says these are Tesla cars testing 12.5 and the left turn behavior looks very smart. If the car can get oncoming traffic on 2 cameras at the same time then it has a higher likelihood of...

The wipers were pretty good With this build. We had everything from sunny to horizontal rain and I didn’t have to touch the wiper control once. Thanks for reminding me to mention them!

    2024.15.15 with 12.4.3

We drove 120 miles plus with it last night. It is smooth in a lot of respects, but not a huge leap forward IMO. Still an occasional lane change for no apparent reason. Misses 65MPH signs on state highways (here in AZ on 169) but gets them on interstates? Still doesn't get over to the left or...

Ooo, quicksilver on a long range 3 :) . That may be all it takes to convert us!

    2024.15.15 with 12.4.3

I have it on my '24 LR Y. Sadly this build has re-introduced some unnecessary turn signals on twisty roads for me. It still doesn't like to go the speed you set it to at times. I set it at 10% over and it just doesn't like to pass cars going slower without some input. There's also a spot where...

Discuss: Tesla Introduces Most Affordable Car: Long Range RWD Model 3 with 363-Mile Range for $34,990

Ooo, that’s a nice car at a nice price. Dual motors are nice but I think they are over-valued by us drivers.

what is the hold up on FSD 12.4

I gotta say- no idea how I got it this early, but maybe I'm just at the tip of the iceberg? My experience with picking up cars from Tesla is that they IMMEDIATELY need a software update! Congrats on you new (or new to you) car!

what is the hold up on FSD 12.4

Just got 12.4.3 on my ‘24 Y LR. Smoother, more confident lane changes but the unnecessary turn signals on twisty roads looks like it is back! ARG! Only driven like 3 miles so far :) Will have an opportunity to test it on Friday when we go from Prescott to Sedona And back.

V12 FSD riding on Right line

You know, I hadn't tried recalibrating for that exactly reason- it sure looks like the car 'understands' it is riding that line. If you DO try recalibrating let us know how it goes. Also, this thread may be helpful. Last time I did a recalibration it took FOREVER for it to complete- Camera...
