Just wanting to know if anyone has any idea what is holding FSD 12.4 hostage? of the 12.4.1 video reviews it is fairly good but we are nearing a month after 12.4 was supposed to wide release. obviously having dangerous software is not wanted but there doesn't seem to be any information about what is going on with it. Also does anyone know when version 12 will run the highway stack to replace version 11? Final question, I hear everyone complain that fsd is too slow on some roads which personally I don't think it is, in auto set speed it tends to drive way to fast when not in traffic and whether in auto set speed or not it doesn't tend to slow down for reduced speed zones anywhere near fast enough.

12.5 is when the highway and city stacks will merge. Auto Speed offset is utterly useless where I live. It's either too slow or fast (40+ in a 30 zone). manual offset is fine. But I do agree it doesn't slow down when speed zones change fast enough; it does, but a quarter mile (or more) til it does. 12.3.6 does well for me, even though there are two spots it has trouble with consistently (both are lane selection issues). I am impatiently waiting

Just got 12.4.3 on my ‘24 Y LR. Smoother, more confident lane changes but the unnecessary turn signals on twisty roads looks like it is back! ARG! Only driven like 3 miles so far :) Will have an opportunity to test it on Friday when we go from Prescott to Sedona And back.

Lucky bastard.....Eevee is still on 12.3.6 (as of this morning). I wonder if Charlotte (who we pick up on Monday) will be on 12.4.3 or 12.3.6

I gotta say- no idea how I got it this early, but maybe I'm just at the tip of the iceberg?
My experience with picking up cars from Tesla is that they IMMEDIATELY need a software update! Congrats on you new (or new to you) car!

I figured she would need an update once we got her home and connected to Wifi. She's new, but she is my wife's car (she is trading in her Mercedes SUV). Eevee is mine. The wife just likes driving mine too much (but is used to the bigger SUVs). We demo-drove the Y as well, but I knew she wanted the X (she loves the Falcon wing doors and the lines of the X).
