You can check it in service mode
Thank you, that was obvious. I don't know where to look at. The only time I tried service mode was to recalibrate the steering wheel, because the geniuses at Tesla delivered it unbalanced, and I discovered it only 2 weeks after delivery (because thankfully I don't need the car on daily basis).

Servicemode>infotaiment>cellular

I bet if you live in us, or other country that has tesla branch, your car has to be with e-sim, so you can install tish updates freely🤝

I'm in Italy. I'm pretty sure it's an esim. Just never used "external sim" to define a regular sim card.

Anyway, 38.2 seems to be moving, to be seen if it fixes the issues you encountered.

I haven't received any new updates for 1-2 months after my last update 32.7

Today find on another forum that there is some workaround:
1. you need to enable E-sim ( wait 1h-24h) and you will get a new update
2. Install update
3. Disable E-sim = enable external sim
4. And that's fix an issue.
