Discuss: Tesla Releases FSD Beta 11.4: What's New

I can't speak with any authority on this, but it seems like big change (ie 11.3 to 11.4) builds go to employees or some small group first. So while 11.4 exists it doesn't for the rest of us. Once it has proved worthy or gets tweaked to be worthy it'll go out wider. Even then only ~5% or so get...

Discuss: Tesla Revives Low Regen Mode for a Smoother Transition to Electric Driving

That's interesting. It didn't take long to get used to my hybrid cars, and the EVs are different enough that was a little learning curve but still- no big deal. I hope there's a nag after a month or two that nudges you to go full regen. Seems to me that a lot of Tesla owners would be happy with...

Discuss: Tesla Debuts New Model 3 Variant With a 394-Mile Range for Businesses

Isn’t WLTP rated range much more optimistic than the EPA‘s?

Rivian and the NACS (North American Charging Standard)

Sounds like a good idea. Since maybe only a dozen SC sites are 'open' to other vehicles right now it's not that enticing. Now, if Rivian could immediately get access to all the Tesla supercharger locations immediately then that would be a significant carrot to get them to install the NACS. Seems...

Discuss: Leaked Photo Reveals Bold New Headlights for Tesla Model 3 Refresh, Project Highland

Besides the headlights / front end it looks like the dash is different. I can't tell how well we're seeing inside the car or maybe I'm seeing reflections but the flat dash looks to have a cluster lump. Can't see a steering wheel either, and to me the screen looks tilted towards the driver. I...

@Olivier - This is my guess as well, a chime to let you know you shifted into park, drive or reverse.

Discuss: Latest Tesla FSD Beta v11.3.4 Starts Going Out to Employees

11.3.6 is going out, some videos up already. Seems like a small step up as is indicated by the .6 . I'm REALLY curious how much the audio feedback stuff helps. Since I drive the same streets a lot I'm reluctant to report the same error more than twice but I can see where even that is 2x as...

Discuss: Tesla Unveils Plans for Compact Car, Vans, and Bus in Master Plan Part 3

That's a small battery for a small car. I'm curious how that pans out- will it have supercharging enabled from the get-go, I'm guessing at least 270 mile EPA estimated range. All this AND building out the supercharging network, that's ambitious to say the least. Gonna have to look up 'High...

Discuss: Tesla FSD Milestone: 1 Million Miles Per Day Actively Driven

In the phone app there are 4 icons below the car image, one of those is (or if it is not, can be set to) open the frunk. There is a confirmation required though. They are also displayed in the widget when swiping to the right on my phone's home screen.

Discuss: Latest Tesla FSD Beta v11.3.4 Starts Going Out to Employees

No idea what's next, it is strange that .5 is stopped at 1% and .4 is only in the double digits daily lately. FWIW- there is one .5 video on You Tube as of today. We have 11.3.4 on a 3 and a Y. Around town it is smoother, stops at stop signs in a way that's obvious when it stopped for other...

Hope this is NOT an April fools joke :) . With the credit that is quite a deal on a new Tesla!

Discuss: Latest Tesla FSD Beta v11.3.4 Starts Going Out to Employees

Yes, that is odd. Can’t be too bad though, one time Tesla recalled an update (for lack of a better term). I forget which one it was but right after I installed it my car started installing the previous version as something was potentially bad in the newest version. This was a few years ago. If...

Discuss: Tesla’s FSD Beta 11.3.3 Close, but Musk Announces Version 11.3.4 Refinement Needed

FWIW our 2018 model 3 just got 11.3.4 and now there’s a 11.3.5 going out?

Very interesting stuff! Thanks for the info, looks like we get another 15# out of the new numbers and I’d say a more useful distribution.

Discuss: Tesla’s FSD Beta 11.3.3 Close, but Musk Announces Version 11.3.4 Refinement Needed

Looking at the posts I can’t tell if Musk is referring to 11.3.4 or if he’s saying a refinement for FSD to just plain work. Meanwhile it looks like 11.3.3 Is still going out and gonna hit 30% by tomorrow at this rate. I wouldn’t mind it, I’m over the current version :) .

Discuss: FSD Beta 11.3.2 (2022.45.11) Official Tesla Release Notes

I don’t, but something must have been worth fixing to change the point release. It’s good to see the % installed reported (on this website) is over 16% now, that makes me believe we’ll get it soon vs those releases that hover at 10% for a few days.

Discuss: Tesla Releases FSD Beta 11.3.2 and Begins Wider Roll Out

Deal. As long as you do the same, because that post reads like a complaint. :P Looks like this release is at 10% and hovering there. I wonder if that means another update before a real wide release?
