Glad to see the watch app, one of the mac sites I read frequently said it should be out in the next week (Tesla time, so who knows).
I'm a little concerned about the 3rd party apps. Those same mac sites pointed out Tesla has crazy high pricing for those apps to work, seems like Tesla wants them to go away. No doubt the Tesla watch app with replace the functionality in the 3rd party apps, but still. That's kinda shitty.
Love the ability to save sentry mode and videos from the car to your phone. Seems like a no brainer.
The auto shift thing seems like a no brainer as well, but us drivers have to get used to it. I think Tesla and Apple realize that some big leaps are better achieved through steps so we don't get objectionable. This is something they could do on cars with stalks as well.
SiriusXM is a nice option, I don't have any experience with it but why not? Again- I'm sure that what seems like adding a simple content choice to US takes a lot of negotiation to happen. I'd guess the app development isn't as challenging as the negotiating!
Set arrival percentage for battery seems like something that should have been done in 2014, but okay! Same with weather info. Same with cross traffic alerts
