NO! Keep those buyers of cars from the "free loading" automakers out of our charging network!!!! GM, Ford deliberately avoided building charging networks to save on costs. They counted on the largely unreliable independent charging companies and your local governments to manage building the charging networks. They are not stupid. Don't let Ford and GM off the hook for building or funding a charging network!!!
