The new Model Y has a front camera. I wonder if Tesla sells a front camera for older Model Y customers. I know it is not possible to integrate with FSD (Full Self-Driving), and I'm not expecting that - I'm just thinking of a simple camera that we could use through the infotainment system to see our surroundings while parking.

While there are third-party solutions like Teslogic's wireless front camera available, I prefer to have this functionality integrated within Tesla's native software. I don't feel comfortable using third-party software in my car.

I don't think it is likely. I imagine that there is a limitation to how many cameras the car can physically support (on connectors), even if they aren't used for FSD. We were led to believe for a long while that the refreshed Model 3 (highland) was going to have a front bumper camera, and in the end it was not there on its final release. I am hoping that this is due to the fact that they plan on allowing a retrofit in the future. But it could be the same case where the car just can't support the connections needed for the extra camera. Or it just isn't beneficial enough to need it.
