High Fidelity only when doing Autopark

So my 2021 M3 wasn’t compatible with the new high fidelity update, which was whatever but recently after the most recent update to 2024.14.9 when I do auto park it does a HF assist. But I can’t enable it and it is ONLY when I use Auto-park. Anyone else experiencing this? And anyone know why this is happening?

I am not sure but I think the hi fidelity thing starts at < 9MPH or maybe less. I think. I have pulled into angled parking spots (straight in) and it draws the lines pretty well 2024 Y LR. I just got 14.9 but it was this way on the last build too.

I just don’t know why it is only on Autopark. I’ve tried activating it by following the instructions from a YT video, but it never appears it only does the distance estimate with the lines.

Do you have ultra sonic sensors? I think you have to switch to Tesla Vision somewhere if you do. If you see estimations of distance then I think that means you have the USS. Wouldn’t have thought a 2023 still had them but that would explain it.

As I said before I have a 2021 not a 2023, and it is MCU2 (Intel Atom) so yea I have USS. And I do not have the option to switch to Vision (because it is a 2021 lol)

I found an article with some information, basically it can show a much less intense version of High Fidelity Park Assist. It’s a 2D version and you can’t spin it like real HFPA Fidelity.
