FSD hasn't dropped in price in NZ. Anyone know which countries saw a price drop?

I am enticed for an upgrade but never new I wanted it. My late 2018 Mod 3 performance is still great.
Would a good way to "upgrade" be to sell the current car without the FSD that I trade in?
