If this is a good idea then it will be adapted. At least that's how markets are supposed to work .

This is AWESOME and I hope it really takes off. Standardizing these things helps everyone; from the auto makers to the providers of accessories. My only question is I thought the 48v stuff was blue and this connector is black.

I wish Tesla did more of this type of thing and less of the "whatever Musk is doing" stuff.
