Stuff like this will just have to be worked out, not sure the courts are the best place but there it is.I don't have Tesla insurance, but this has me wondering- what about when the car is on AP or FSDb and you gun the accelerator because it pulled out in front of a car doing 60MPH and probably should not have? Does my insurance go up because the program because I used 'heavy acceleration' or whatever? Asking for a friend
