I've read that there are a few places in the states that are mandated to charge by time vs kWh. Anyone know the reasoning behind this? That would certainly get people to consider leaving after hitting 80% where the charge tapers.
Also- those magic dock Sc stations are brand new, right? Not retrofits?

It seems that this station is relatively new, originally opened in June. It's the first Supercharger outside of the Northeast and California that gives access to non-Teslas.
