I replaced the stock tires on my 2020 MY with Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires and I really liked them. I was thinking that I would replace my MX tires (when they need it) with the CC2 as well, but with all the "EV" tires coming to market I wonder if that's a good idea.

I'm happy with my current Goodyear EV tires, but that's only been 7k or so miles. Can't speak to wear, I was not happy about my OEM Michelins needing replacement at 24k miles. Well, 2 of them, the rears, which I didn't rotate because they all seemed to be wearing evenly when I did check them.
FYI- The X is not listed in the models for these tires - This all-season tire will be available beginning May 2024 in the U.S. and come in 17 sizes designed to fit today's leading and emerging consumer EV sedans and CUVs, including the Tesla Models Y, 3 and S, Ford Mustang Mach-E, Chevy Bolt, Audi Q4 e-tron and many more.
Maybe you are part of many more?

Yea, I kinda looked for them in MX sizes and they didn't exist. However, I don't quite need new tires yet so I guess I don't have to worry about it.

I think I have a new tire fetish or something. I LOVE getting new tires, for some reason. 😆
