This update has Mobile App Notification for Tire Service and it's supposed to be for all models (minus CT). However, my 2020 MX doesn't have tire service notification capability (as far as I can tell). Does this mean I can do tire service things now or not?

NOTE: Again, I'm not sure why the "legacy" vehicles cannot get some of these enhancements. Construction on Your Route, Search This Area, Parental Controls, and Weather Forecast and Air Quality all seem like they could be retrofitted to older vehicles. I doubt that it requires that much more processing power to get construction alerts from Google or weather updates from NOAA.

Is it me or they has been an avalanche of subversions after 2024.26, possibly due to having to maintain multiple FSD branches?

I'm still happily on 2024.26, and keep seeing 2024.32 adding subversions, now even 2024.32.6 popped up waiting for release notes.
