Discuss: Musk Shares Additional Details on the Rollout of FSD Beta v11.3

I'm glad he didn't say "in two weeks" this time xD

Discuss: Why Tesla's Next Car Should Not Be a Smaller, $25K Vehicle

"Tesla is known for its luxurious, high-end electric vehicles with cutting-edge technology and impressive performance." Since when their cars are luxurious ? XD People have been complaining about the build quality for years and they keep trying to save a penny on the dollar by being...

Thanks a lot mate ! Much appreciated, I'll do that as soon as I get back to my car

    Software Window Recall Update Done???

Hi, I think it would be easier if you could find someone that could confirm that X update fixed the issue and that your car has that update or will be updated prior to the purchase (it just requires a Wi-Fi connection and 25min to update the car, so the dealership can do it or allow you to do it...

Discuss: 2023.2.10 Official Tesla Release Notes

I updated to the 2022.44.30, 2 days ago. Btw it looks like YouTube is broken, it is now limited to 360p. It is not related to any update on Tesla side tho.

Any update on camera based proximity feedback

The cars without the USS are indeed subpar in my opinion, way too much blindspots, and relying on that goddam rear camera which is blurry 50% of the time is a VERY bad idea. I hope they'll find a solution for that, and I hope the new system won't be functioning as well as the hilariously bad...

Discuss: Tesla to Add Low, High and Auto Settings to Its Heated Steering Wheel in Update

Sounds good, cause with the actual system it's very ON/OFF, it's either as cold as it could be or hot enough to burn your hands.

Discuss: Leak Reveals Tesla Hardware 4.0 Will Feature Camera Heaters and Fans

That's one of my major concerns, along with the fact that there is a GIGANTIC blindspot at the front of the car. That's why the sensors were useful. The blindspot at the front, combined with the fact that the rear camera is blurry each time it rains, makes the cars without sensors a no-go for...

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

Yup I wanted to put it in English, but the shy and self consious myself didn't want to get laughed at for his english accent by other people (yeah French people are like that, very judgmental).

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

Well, it's the first time I used the voice commands in a car, when in my old cars there were knobs and switches everywhere I didn't feet the need to use my voice. But now that some functions are under menus and submenus on a touchscreen I sometimes prefer using the voice commands. To give you...

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

Happened to me just last week. Driving at night on small roads, it was raining. I was in the middle of a succession of turns and the road narrowed so I needed my two hands to take the turns smoothly. The rain got more intense at this moment and I had to use the button on the stalk to activate...

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

My area is known to have quite some rain. So driving at night with small droplet on the windshield happens quite often, hence the issues. I think there is a problem if the car cannot detect some type of rain on some situations, cause it would just mean a partial or even a total loss of...

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

My "old" Mercedes had a pop up camera. That was very practical, but it's just not possible for the Teslas because of the FSD. Maybe there is some sort of coating that could help the wating going elsewhere. I'll check that .

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

It seems to be these two situations : Driving at night or having droplets on the windshield. I noticed that droplets are not easily detected, even during day time, and I can tell you that the glass in front of the cameras is spotless, I always check to make sure it's as immaculated as it could...

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

It's probably not the FSD team working on it, but the issue has been going on for years so Tesla should really put some ressources into improving that, they managed to do it for the auto highbeams so they might be able to do it as well with the auto wipers. And that's not even sure that the FSD...

Discuss: Elon Announces FSD Beta V11.3 Will Be Released Soon

I would prefer seeing them fix these goddam auto wipers, with the days being so short I often drive at night, and I always need to set the speed MANUALLY. It's a 2022 car and that's just unacceptable !

Discuss: Tesla to Remove Window Auto-Close Features Due to New Regulations

I beg to differ. SOME regulations exist to protect everyone, not all of them. Some were made very comprehensively and are here to actually protect people, some just don't. I never knew the old switches, but what I can tell is that a few months ago I couldn't put up the windows of my Model 3...

Discuss: Tesla to Remove Window Auto-Close Features Due to New Regulations

I get where you're coming from. Hope your sister recovered from it without too much injury. It's just that today's regulations are made in a stupid way. In Europe the summon feature has a max range of 6m and you need to be able to see the car. And there is a maximum distance that the car can...
