I contacted Tesla recently
because I couldn’t find the Sirius XM app. It disappeared.
After a steering wheel control reset it popped up. Problem solved.
however…the Tesla REP on the phone said “I noticed that your updates have not been updating properly”.
I said everything looks good in the car. I have never seen any errors or have seen any issues in driving.
He insisted that on the back end it shows it not updating properly.
I have contacted CS leads and local SC. Nobody can tell me anything other than bring it in and we will need to diagnose.
my car is a 2018 and under third party coverage but I don’t know if this is
Something common or even if it needs attention.
I have been on several
Forums and have never found anybody talking about it.
May be an antenna
May be something else.
Maybe it’s bologna?
I dunno.

any thoughts?
