Has anyone else had an issue where intermittently this prompt comes up on hw4 model y and lose all control through the scroll wheels and horn will not work. My car has now been in service 4 times and every time it comes back working then the next morning it’s right back. It goes to service faulted but they can’t repeat the issue through their testing so it hasn’t been fixed. Steering wheel control module has been replaced. Any experience and solutions would be appreciated.

That’s an odd one! I know it would be a pain to get a video of it but that could be helpful. What does the prompt say? I suggest searching the forums on Tesla motors club forum. Tons of people from all over the world there so if someone else has had this happen that’s the place to read about it. If not start a new thread. Good luck!
