Both of our cars are on FSD 13.2.8 and just got bumped to 2025.2.9 from .8 in the last hour. This is the detail - v12 (2025.2.9 77b47c331ed2)
FSD still shows v13.2.8

I tried my usual FSD test run to Subway last night after getting ...2.9, and I had an interesting time.

First, my phone key wouldn't work. Said no key in the car, use my card instead. My wife was in as primary driver, and my driver info was grayed out. I could do some things (open trunk), but not others (drive). Maybe because I have the car unlocked at home. I struggled trying to get the phone working again without deleting and re-adding myself as another driver. Ultimately I did a 2-button-reset on the Tesla and rebooted my phone at the same time. When things came back, all worked fine.

Then I set off in the rain for a bit of an FSD test to see if I could find any differences from this latest patch. Right off I disengaged FSD because it tried to go out the In gate just after a car had come in. I've not seen that before because I've never had another car come in right before I went out.

Next I found out that FSD doesn't work nearly as well in the rainy dark when it can't see worn-down painted lines very well. In my case it just continued driving onto the shoulder in a spot where two lanes merged into one. After about 50 yards it swerved back into the correct lane. Nobody around so I let it do its thing to see what would happen.

And when I got to my halfway point (Subway), I got a big surprise - the transformer showed up at the new Happy Valley Road Supercharger site! That took about a month after the stalls and cabinets were done.

No surprises on the way home, but at one point FSD tried to use the right shoulder as a lane after exiting the freeway and moving to the turn at Dove Valley Road. It's done this before when cars were tailgating there, but this time no traffic was around. It's not unusual for cars to make this mistake. In fact as I approached the light (fairly blind right turn), several cars jumped into the shoulder lane to turn right around a car that was just sitting there. That car eventually turned right after a couple of cars got around it.

I never did find a tangible change (FSD or otherwise) from 2.8 to 2.9. Sure wish the release notes would give us actual information.
