This brings up a good point. I think for those of us who trade up to a newer Tesla we're comfortable. COVID didn't help matters, I took delivery of a '20 Y LR during COVID and that was pretty much me and my friends with very little interaction. Now that those restrictions have abated the experience felt the same for my '24 Y LR but I didn't mind because I was used to the car and that experience.
Maybe there should be a 'I'm new and need orientation' check box when buying a Tesla . Watching videos prior is fine but actually experiencing one pedal driving, AP, etc can't be replaced with a video.
