Now this is interesting. I've always wondered how insurance is gonna adapt to self driving vehicles. It makes sense to me that whatever entity is driving the car should be the one carrying the insurance burden. So a discount when using sFSD is basically that. The insurance industry is a behemoth and won't change rapidly, and prolly kicking and screaming the whole way. Can't wait to see how this pans out.
