Huh. That’s a strange combo. $5k buys a *lot* of supercharging. That’s like 50k miles of supercharging, right?

Upping the price to basically presell their supercharging use isn’t much of an offer for the consumer. I’d personally rather have the price be $5000 less than forced to pay for 50k miles worth of supercharging. And this deal is then completely negated by the fact that they take it off if you use it too much as like an uber or ride-share or any kind of job that has you racking up the miles, and they can deactivate it at any time.

I agree that for most that's not worth $5k, but I'm skeptical that they'll stop it because you're using it.
