Depends on what you mean exactly. Autosteer is in the basic Package which is free, so you should already have it. Then theres 2 extra packages, enhanced autopilot and FSD. Enhanced Autopilot adds Navigate on Autopilot, Summon and Autopark. FSD depends on where you live. In America, you get FSD Beta, whereas in Europe you currently only get Stop Sign and Traffic Lights Support when having the FSD Package.
