They should retrofit also all other Highlands for free. Most of them probably didn't even know what they ordered with regards to stalks.

I like when companies test the waters and tries new things. I like it even better when they realize that it's not working and revert the change. Good on Tesla for realizing that people need physical turn signals.

That's okay, but then they need to be held accountable about the "guinea pigs", especially those who were unaware. We, as previous owners, were given a heads-up, but imagine first-time owners. Having been *forced* to show a bit of mental sanity proves that they were wrong and that they should rectify the mistake. It's like the bumper camera. As a customer, you just expect it, there no contractual fine print that can tell otherwise.
Exactly as you wouldn't expect - say - random ejection of the driver from the seat or a gun pointing at you in case you run a red light.
