Little stuff like that helps give confidence in the system. Now they need to show cars more accurately in their lanes approaching from ahead of you on curves from further out. In general I am impressed what the screen shows vs reality.

It always bugged me that the cars on screen were a little behind what was happening in real life. You could almost, but not quite, drive just by looking at the screen. I remember it being explained that what we are seeing on screen is not really what the car is seeing, it's just a not-quite-accurate representation. I'm not sure if this is the same bug as the "smoothness" one they talk about in this article, but it would be nice to have a more accurate display.

Anyway, yes the smoothness of the display in this version is really nice. :D
