SiriusXM Arrives for Model 3 / Y & Cybertruck - Cost, Free Trial & What’s Included

The free trial for the 3 and Y is only 1 month in the US, however it appears to be 3 months in Canada and for S and X models in either country. I changed my old SiriusXM account's email address to a Google email account, so I hope I can use my "real" email to sign up, since it has to be done in the vehicle and it has to be a new email address. Otherwise, no free month and I'd have to give them my credit card info. I'll use it for Saturdays and Sundays on an upcoming trip and let it expire until they offer it for $5 per month. During the week, I'm all TuneIn on WMAL 105.9 FM talk radio.

The signup is now automatic and no longer shows a signup page but goes straight to live programming. It didn't even ask for an email address until I downloaded the smartphone app. With it already playing, I went to the subscription menu item, it showed I have 31 days remaining on my free trial and it gave me a QR code to download the app. Once downloaded and opened, it gave me a signup page on my phone. In order to get by the unique email address, I had already edited my existing account's email address, but I'd be curious to know if they removed that requirement for the free trial, too.
