Crazy how much power that could be all at once!
There is a 3rd part charging company building out Semi charging infrastructure along I10 from CA east, forgot the name but saw an interview on one of the YT channels with them. Looks like things are moving right along for Semis going EV. I would THINK any leap forward in the 4680 (or other battery tech) increasing energy density and cost would be a huge benefit for this effort. Also for the large SUV & truck world. Doesn’t the Semi have 8 or 10 Model 3/Y batteries? Even a little weight savings would go a long way (so to speak).
