Discuss: Tesla Teases FSD Unsupervised, Hits 50,000 Autonomous Miles

Huh, well, I'm ready whey you are Tesla. Send out an update :) . If I did the math right that's about 35k cars doing a 1.4 mile trip. Bring on the spring update!

Discuss: Tesla Opened the Floor — These Are the Features Drivers Want Most

Nice list. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes out this year. Fingers crossed on the battery tech being cheaper, safer, more dense and better charging curve!

Discuss: Tesla’s Missing Voice: Why a PR Team Matters More Than Ever [Opinion]

Yup. Either bring back some kind of PR department or block Elon from posting on X. Maybe change his name to Leon Skum to obscure who he really is. You know, like that Navarro guy does with his 'sources' :) .

Discuss: Tesla’s 4680 Battery Achieves Lowest Cost Per kWh

Good info, I always learn something new with the reports here. For example- I hadn't realized specifically that the size of / shape of the 4680 cell was part of the structural strength of a 'structural battery pack.' I thought they kind of floated around inside a container, for lack of a better...

Discuss: Tesla to Display Emergency Vehicle Alert When Vehicle Hears Siren

Good deal! I'm sure everyone experiences what I do when you hear the siren- you start looking around for the actual car with it on. Maybe the car will be able to find it quickly and let me know it's behind me, or approaching from a side street or something. In the meantime I'm eagerly awaiting...

Discuss: Tesla Kicks Off Orders for AWD New Model Y in North America, Unveils New Color

Interesting new colors, I think we have to see them in person to really appreciate them. For example- I thought the new Y on the Tesla splash page was glacier blue! I guess it is quicksilver? Also- I've seen the reports that some launch edition orders have cancelled. With speculation that Tesla...

Discuss: Tesla’s Cabin Radar: How to Tell If You Have It and What It Does

Any other cars have this already? I guess I could do a search and answer that :) Sounds like a very interesting tech.

Discuss: 2025.8.4 Official Tesla Release Notes

I'm just now getting 2025.8.6 on my '24 Y LR.

Scroll wheels and horn error require service to resolve

That’s an odd one! I know it would be a pain to get a video of it but that could be helpful. What does the prompt say? I suggest searching the forums on Tesla motors club forum. Tons of people from all over the world there so if someone else has had this happen that’s the place to read about it...

Discuss: Musk Confirms Robotaxi on Track for June, More Cities Coming, Customer-owned Cars in 2026

I saw a few good reasons to believe the initial robotaxis (Ha! spell check fixed that to robot axis) will NOT be cybercabs. Prolly Ys and 3s. CC is more likely for next year. Makes sense, and not a big deal but best to have realistic expectations.

Discuss: Tesla Mule Model 3 Spotted With Front Bumper Camera

Worst April fools prank article ever. :)

Discuss: What the Green and Orange Dots in a Tesla Mean

So I swear I have everything switched on for sharing, I don't see the orange dot ever. Is it only popping on after the car sees a potential emergency vehicle? 2024 Y LR

Discuss: What Is the Cybertruck's Jack Mode and How to Use It

That function to avoid resting on a curb is going to be appreciated! I know of one model S owner that had his car sit down on a parking spot curb while parked. He was not happy about the noises and scraping that happened when he backed out of that spot. Maybe it's just me but the image of the...

Discuss: Tesla Reveals Number of Cybertrucks Sold in Trim Replacement Recall

That’s not an impressive number, and the fact that it outsold the Lightening for a bit really says trucks aren’t quite ‘there’ yet. I’m not a truck guy but had the CT arrived at $77k with FSD for even just a dual motor 500 Mile EPA rated range I would have jumped on it :) . Also- something...

Discuss: 2025.8.4 Official Tesla Release Notes

Nice improvements. Looking forward to this one. In the meantime I'm looking forward to FSD 13.4 or 14 or whatever is next. I'm always amazed how quickly I get used to the latest build and want more :)

Discuss: Tesla Software Update 2025.2 -- The Lesser Known Features (Undocumented Changes)

This may help - When you have picked a destination drag down the directions to show as many as possible (vs the next 2 or three). The map will zoom out and for me at least it shows alternate routes. If you leave it like that and go full screen on the visualizations you’ll have the entire route...

Discuss: The Best 3D Printed Tesla Accessories

I quickly looked through the list, thanks for the compilation! One thing that is fairly ubiquitous at this point - the J1772 adapter locking ring. There’s prolly a better name for it but this thing makes it so someone can’t just hit the lever and take the charger from your adapter. I had someone...

Discuss: New 'Wile E. Coyote' Wall Video Puts Tesla's FSD V13 to the Test

I'm impressed the CT saw the way TBH. You can see there's a line across the road where the wall is on the visualizations. Still, it's best to stay on the good side of your neighborhood coyotes and roadrunners.

Discuss: Breaking Down Tesla’s Autopilot vs. Wall “Wile E. Coyote” Video

Right? There are times when NO ONE or no thing should be driving. I suppose an ambulance or other emergency vehicles might wanna move in all conditions. Same goes for snow / ice in the mountains.
