I live in VA and with the old referral program, I referred a friend that lived in OH. I never got credit - turns out that back then, Ohio and Virginia were completely excluded from getting referral benefits. Any idea if that is different now? I don't see any exclusions listed in this new program.

I figured that it was a joke, but I see that the Tesla app now shows that the subscription price for FSD is now $99 instead of $199. Do you suppose this is a mistake? Could it mean that they will drop lifetime to $6000?
